polscan® is a highly accurate optoelectronic measuring method that can measure rotary kilns quickly and precisely during operation. It allows us to reliably diagnose vertical and horizontal deviations of the rotary kiln axis, as well as the deformation, eccentricity and ovality of the kiln shell.


The PREPOL®-SC is a simple, reliable and safe combustion system for the process-integrated preparation of solid alternative fuels. Installed at the side of the calciner and above the calciner nozzle, it significantly reduces the required amount of mechanical preparation of the fuels and assures high burnout rates through the long fuel retention time in the combustion chamber.
